Too often, we teach young people to avoid failure, when in reality, failure is where our greatest lessons are found. Successful people don’t fear failure — they learn from it and grow because of it.
It’s also time to rethink perfection. As Stephen Hawking said, perfection does not exist. So instead of saying “practice makes perfect”, let’s start saying:

Give your students the incredible opportunity to stand just an arm’s length from a real helicopter. They’ll meet the pilots, ask questions, be inspired and be empowered to dream big and achieve great things.
Some schools have even use the return flight to the airport as an Open Day lucky door prize for prospective families or as a special reward for outstanding teachers and staff.
