Just because you’re failing… doesn’t mean you’re incompetent.
In fact, it often means the exact opposite.
You’re trying.
You’re stretching.
You’re stepping into something new.
I like to think of FAIL as:
First Attempt In Learning.
But here’s the part we don’t talk about enough…
To fail, you first have to step out of your comfort zone.
And when you do — it’s not all confidence and clarity.
You’ll hit the fear zone first.
Doubt. Uncertainty. That voice in your head asking, “Am I good enough?”
Push through that… and you enter the learning zone.
This is where the magic happens. Skills build. Lessons land.
Stay with it… and eventually, you arrive in the growth zone.
That’s where confidence lives.
That’s where success begins.
So today, don’t avoid failure.
Lean into it.
Because every step forward starts with being willing to get it wrong.
